Fit Guide
- Measure around the knee, elbow and wrist with a tape measure or string.
- Youth Small: elbow 23cm, knee 26cm, wrist 16–18cm
- Youth Medium: elbow 23cm, knee 27cm, wrist 16–18cm
- Between sizes? Impala recommends going up a size, since the straps tighten down.

What age is it for?
It's sized by measurement, not age. Most primary school kids fit Youth Small or Medium.
Does my child need wrist guards?
Yes. Learners instinctively put their hands out when they fall, so wrists take a lot of the knocks.

How to Measure For Your Size:
1. Use a tape measure or a piece of string and a ruler to measure your wrist, elbow and knee circumference at the points shown in the diagram above.
2. Then check the size chart to find the size that is closest to your measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend going up to the next size - remember, you can always tighten.
