Rollerblades Australia

Rollerblades — the common name for inline skates — put four wheels in a single line for faster rolling, better straight-line speed, and performance across nearly every skating discipline. If you grew up in the 90s you probably had a pair. The technology has come a long way since then.

Modern rollerblades are lighter, more comfortable, and better engineered than anything available a decade ago. Whether you're coming back to skating after a break or picking it up for the first time, the options available now make it easier than ever to find the right fit for how and where you want to skate.

Types of Rollerblades

Recreational rollerblades — K2, Impala Lightspeed, and similar. Soft boot, comfortable fit, 80mm wheels. Great for park paths, streets, and general outdoor skating. The right starting point for most people.

Fitness rollerblades — K2's F.I.T. series with BOA closure, Powerslide urban setups. Built for skaters who want to cover distance comfortably and efficiently. Larger wheels (84–90mm), stiffer frames, more responsive.

Urban rollerblades — Powerslide NEXT and FR skates. High-performance setups designed for city skating, long distances, and skaters who want serious performance. Trinity frame, heat-mouldable boots, big wheels.

Aggressive rollerblades — USD Aeon. Built for grinding, stalling, and park skating. Not a beginner skate — for experienced inline skaters taking their skating to ramps and rails.
